About Brittany
Brittany is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Hamilton, ON that has been in the social work and mental health field for 14 years and practicing psychotherapy specifically for approximately 8 years. Brittany has Canadian settler and Indigenous background (Cayuga, Six Nations Band Member) and utilizes various worldviews and modalities to guide clients toward their goals in a tailored and holistic way.
Brittany believes in integrating brain and body based interventions into her treatment approach and always seeing through a trauma-informed lens. Brittany cares deeply about human rights, fostering an empathetic and inclusive society and caring for our Mother Earth. Clients have described Brittany as non-judgemental, human and warm yet also direct and honest in her approach.
